This is a good case-in-point. I don't see a skewer and a Kleenex, but the big tell for me is the furtive behavior. Why palm a skewer and try to sneak it out of view? Why not either toss it or move it off to the side or even leave it where it is? And the tissue story seems weird because people don't normally leave dirty Kleenex on a tiny table in a small space--they throw them away. I don't know if there was a trash receptacle available, but hiding the Kleenex seems weird.

Neither of us were there, and so we don't know. But we're to the point that we don't trust what we see. I did the story not because it's a big scandal that Macron et al might be doing coke, but because the story became so hyperbolic that they were NOT doing cocaine. I'll concede that it's ambiguous, but I still think it was cocaine and their furtive behaviors are a tell. But the rapid clamp-down on any divergent opinion was where I saw gaslighting. I guess we're living in a world where ambiguity is not permitted.

As for looking ridiculous, I don't think we have to worry about that. Democrats will always, always, always say we're nuts. Remember, these are the guys who said Biden was sharp as a tack, Kamala was competent, Tim Walz was manly, men can be women, and now they're saying LaMonica McIver didn't assault anyone at the Newark ICE detention center, even though we have her actions on video tape. We don't have to make Democrats look ridiculous, they do a good job of that without our assistance.

Funny you bring up Vince Foster, I'm working on that now. But it's a lot, and for the life of me, I don't know how the Clintons weaseled out of a murder rap.

Have you ever heard of a guy named Victor Thorn? I only just discovered him. He was a journalist who did big exposes on the Clintons and he "committed suicide" about 10 years ago. His books are out of print but you can still get them (I have not done so). I found out Victor Thorn was among other things a raging antisemite. This makes me not want to read his books, but I'd also like to see what he dug up on the Clintons.

Anyway, thanks for your comments.

Sorry, but I see a kleenix and cocktail skewer in the Getty pictures. And note that those aren’t water glasses but cocktail glasses. If you ask me, this looks like Alex Jones nonsense. Gaslighting is real but seriously aren’t there more important and more definitive concerns than this distraction, which by the way is actually only helping the other side by making us look ridiculous. This is akin to the people who came out with the Clinton death list. By doing that they so muddied the water that the legitimate accusations of foul play (like the deaths of Vince Foster and Ron Brown) were discredited in the publics’ eye. Better to have just focused on those two deaths than all the rest, since either one could have blown the whole house of cards built by the Clinton’s down had they been properly investigated. Don't we ever learn?
