Why the Overlords are Skittish When We Find Out They're Mortal

On July 20, 2022, President Joe Biden stood in front of some kind of a dumpsite in Massachusetts and gave a speech about pollution. In this speech, Biden stated that he had cancer. Of course, Biden said all kinds of crazy stuff in his speeches (remember Uncle Bosey who was eaten by cannibals? The railroad over the Indian Ocean? Visiting Nelson Mandela in prison? Marching in Selma with the Civil Rights movement?). This cancer confession was quickly attributed to a slip of the tongue. Biden had a few non-melanoma skin cancers in the past, so the Praetorian Guard who protected the Biden brand told us he was (a) making a mistake, (b) referring to long-ago skin cancer treatments, (c) both of the above, or (d) Trump stinks.

Then on July 22, 2024, the Daily Mail reported on an interview with Biden’s younger brother Frank who said Joe was dropping out of the presidential race because of health concerns. Frank told CBS, “Selfishly, I will have him back to enjoy whatever time we have left.” That phrasing doesn’t seem like Biden was just slowing down, it sounded like he was going into hospice.

The Biden clan, always one to protect Joe, quickly denounced Frank’s remarks, reminding us, “Frank Biden suffers from alcoholism and hasn’t spoken to his brother in weeks. What he said … is completely untrue.”

On May 17, 2025, Joe Biden’s people announced that the former president was just now diagnosed with an aggressive form of prostate cancer that has metastasized to his bones.

Despite the fact that prostate cancer is often very survivable, it remains one of the leading causes of death in American men. So it’s one of those cancers that responds well to treatment if detected early. The five-year survival rate for prostate cancer is 98%. That’s medical terminology meaning that for all of the people who get diagnosed with prostate cancer, 98% will still be alive five years later. It is considered highly treatable and in most men, it advances slowly. The news has reported his Gleason score, as if they even knew what that meant, and it’s bad. Biden has a Gleason score of 9. The scale stops at 10. A 9 is a very bad score. Good grief, a 7 is a bad score.

It seems hard to believe that a man like Biden—a former president with access to world-class medical care and round-the-clock teams of health experts at his beck and call—would not have been diagnosed with prostate cancer sooner. Prostate cancer is often detected not by a physical examination or some sort of complicated imaging. It makes itself evident in blood tests. Men have a prostate-specific antigen (PSA) protein in the blood. When this number gets out of whack (it is usually about a 4.0 or lower), it is a sign that prostate cancer might be present. When a man has a high PSA test, usually a physical examination and some imaging studies are done to determine what’s going on. A high PSA does not necessarily mean cancer—it can occur if there is an infection, recenter surgery in the area, or with an enlarged prostate (called “benign prostatic hyperplasia”—remember that term, it comes up again).

With all of Biden’s health issues, I am certain he underwent blood tests from time to time. The National Cancer Institute recommends prostate screening starting around age 50 and if Biden had Medicare, it would have paid. Even poor guys can get a PSA test. Some doctors do not recommend PSA tests after age 70 but blood tests are easy to do. The 70-year cutoff is done because prostate cancer is a slow disease and if you get it by age 70, chances are you’ll die of something else before the prostate cancer gets you.

I’m not sure that all doctors advocate for the “no PSA tests after age 70” rule, particularly in the case of a geriatric president with a familial history of cancer.

So my question is this: Was Biden’s cancer concealed? After all, the people around him tried to cover up his mental decline, his Parkinson’s disease, and his physical impairment, not to mention his money laundering, suspicious activity reports at banks, and corruption with Burisma. Why would they come clean about cancer? However, if they knew Biden had prostate cancer as early as 2022 when he said he cancer—did the cover up mean they didn’t bother getting him treatment? That seems hard to believe.

Your Betters are Getting Worse

You may remember that sometime around Christmas of 2023, Catherine, Princess of Wales, disappeared. She completely fell off the radar, which is very noticeable for a public figure. She was seen on Christmas day 2023 and then poof! The princess vanishes!

We later learned that she underwent major abdominal surgery in January 2024. In most cases, members of Britain’s royal family are accompanied to and from the hospital by family and staff and observed by a bevy of reporters. But Kate—as she is known to her countrymen—managed to sneak into the hospital surreptitiously. Nobody knew what was going on. There were conspiracy theories that tried to explain how she managed to disappear: was she actually dead? Was she so terribly ill that it was better to hide her and let her have her last days in privacy? Was something else wrong with her? I even heard one story that Prince William beat her up and that’s why she went into hiding. I wondered if she went insane, but that’s just me.

In March 2024, a photoshopped image of the princess and her children was published, but when you’re missing in action, a photoshopped image isn’t helpful. It only fueled the speculation that something was very wrong. On March 22, 2024, a somber-looking Kate in jeans and a striped sweater sat on a bench against a fake-looking background in a staged announcement where she said she had cancer and was undergoing preventative chemotherapy. That seems odd; how can you prevent what you already have? But maybe I’m mixed up. Nevertheless, the announcement was eerie because she was all alone—no husband, no kids, no supportive relatives.

Kate reappeared on June 15, 2024 at the Trooping the Color ceremony and she looked great. She has since incrementally returned to her old life but refuses to reveal any details about what she went through. In fact, it is considered an invasion of her privacy for us to know much about her cancer ordeal, or as they say in America, her “cancer journey.” On January 15, 2025, she has announced that her cancer is in remission.

Around the same time that Kate was struggling with her health, King Charles (Kate’s father-in-law) announced he had cancer but did not name it, either. He said he was undergoing treatment but has not revealed any details. Some reports say he underwent radiation at one point. He has been hospitalized at least once for treatment-related side effects which suggests he’s undergoing pretty aggressive treatment protocols.

Charles started out by announcing on January 17, 2024 that he was being treated for benign prostatic hyperplasia (remember that?) but it was not cancer. A few weeks later, he went to the hospital for surgery but unlike Kate’s undercover trip for surgery, his was public knowledge and covered by the media. The one detail the media didn’t catch is what he was being treated for or how.

On February 5, 2024, Charles announced what many suspected: he had cancer and the prostate condition was a separate and unrelated condition. Charles slowly resumed a very modified schedule of appearances as early as February 21, 2024, but he often disappears from public view for weeks at a time. Unlike Kate, who went full incognito mode, Charles is present enough for us to know he’s still with us, but he must be quite sick.

His mother, Queen Elizabeth II, died in 2022 and there are rumors she had bone cancer, but the palace has never officially acknowledged this. It was said in the New York Post that the late queen had myeloma, a painful form of bone cancer, which she contracted at the advanced age of 96. Her death certificate just states her cause of death was “old age.”

Why all of this secrecy?

Cancer Defies Identity Politics

Cancer is the great equalizer. Cancer does not care if you live in the White House or Buckingham Palace. And suddenly these larger-than-life figures whom we glimpse only from internet photos or brief TV appearances with their security details and expensive clothing turn out to be vulnerable. They can get sick, they can get deathly ill. In fact, they may be immune from criticism or immune from the headache of paying bills, but they are not immune from death or disaster.

It’s not just presidents or kings, queens, and princesses, who go mum about cancer. Ordinary people do, too, and it is thought to have to do with maintaining a sense of control and preserving what little normalcy is possible when getting cancer treatments. Some people keep cancer diagnoses under wraps for fear of losing a job, but that would not have happened to the Mountbatten-Windsors. In Joe’s case, it is unclear what he knew and when. Did he try to keep the diagnosis secret so he could run for a second term? A geriatric president with prostate cancer might well have lost his job.

What Did Kamala Know?

When I learned about Joe’s diagnosis, my biggest question was this: When did Kalamity Harris know that her old boss Joe had aggressive and terminal prostate cancer? And, also, when did Jill and the rest of the family know Joe’s diagnosis? While the mainstream media is very quick to tell us that the announcement was made Sunday, May 18, 2025 and no one had a clue before that—there are some reasons to consider a different scenario.

• First of all, what doctors work Sundays and what press people are there to stampede to release a statement on Sunday afternoon? The release date is weird. Most serious press releases occur during the work week, particularly if there is a little flexibility in the timing. While there may be some urgency to the news that Joe has aggressive cancer, it’s not the sort of urgency that can’t wait a few days to a more settled news day like Monday or Tuesday

• And doctors diagnosed it on Sunday? Was the lab open? This kind of diagnosis likely involves imaging and biopsies and lab work

• Jill Biden and the others (including mainstream media) who protected Biden have lied to us before. A good indicator of current and future behavior is past behavior. Why wouldn’t they lie to us about Joe’s cancer?

• There are indications from Biden’s Massachusetts speech in 2022 and Frank Biden’s remarks that the family knew Joe had prostate cancer. If that is indeed the case, why didn’t they get him treatment? Why was his cancer not announced at the time? If the Bidens were keeping the cancer hush-hush, what did they gain by this?

• It is hard to believe a President like Biden under very intense medial scrutiny was not diagnosed earlier. I’m not saying that’s impossible, just that it seems unlikely

• On the other hand, if Biden only last summer found out about the diagnosis, is this the real reason Biden abruptly dropped out of the Presidential race in July 2024?

A physician who treated Biden, Dr. Ezekiel Emmanuel, went on Morning Joe and stated that this diagnosis did not just happen and Biden likely had cancer while he was president. In fact, Dr. Emmanuel even said Biden might have had prostate cancer for years. Dr. Emmanuel’s statement (which went out on mainstream media no less) insisted emphatically that this was no recent diagnosis of the past 100 or 200 days. This jibes with the notion that Joe and Frank Biden both almost let the cat out of the bag years ago. But, if that’s the case, what was Jill Biden’s actual plan? To let Joe Biden serve another term—an elderly man, who would be better served by taking time off to get treatment, rest, and recover? Did Jill really want to hold onto the White House so badly that she would rip her husband out of hospice care to help her stay in the White House for a few more months?

And if Joe had cancer while in office, even for years, who else knew? Did Kamala know? Did she know when Biden quit the race and handed over his delegates? Most of us suspected that Biden would not have lived out a second term—even if we had the misfortune to see his re-election. Had Biden run with Harris as a Vice President, Harris very likely would have seamlessly entered the White House without having to bother campaigning. In fact, many of us wondered if Harris might enter the Oval Office even before that, because Biden’s physical and mental appearances seemed shaky even while he was serving out his first term.

And did Barack Obama know? Did Nancy Pelosi know? I think all of this ruckus about Biden suddenly finding out he has late-stage terminal cancer is an effort to conceal the fact that some people inside Biden-World knew he had dementia but tried to cover it up. Now cancer gives Biden a bit of a sanctity and respect. We can’t be too mean to Joe Biden, after all, the poor guy has cancer.

And it makes me wonder why there was a sudden rush to throw Biden under the bus after the debate. Was it really the debate? Was it really George Clooney asking questions about his mental capacity? Pelosi may not have pushed him out because he was cognitively impaired, she may have thought he was not physically able to win re-election.

Considering the frosty nature of the relationship between the Bidens and Kamala Harris, it is possible that Kamala had no idea Biden had advanced prostate cancer. On the other hand, it is hard to believe that even someone as clueless as Kamala did not see how terribly ill he really was. Maybe she didn’t know what was wrong with Joe Biden, but she had to know that something was not right.

Managed News?

For some reason, Jake Tapper’s new book (Original Sin) or other forces have suddenly made it permissible, even cathartic, for Americans to discuss the obvious truth that the mainstream media covered up Biden’s mental deficiencies while he was in office. Conservatives have known for years that Biden was mentally impaired, but the mainstream media and the Democrat machine (but I repeat myself…) have long denied Biden’s mental status until given permission by their overlords to acknowledge it. Barely has Biden’s dementia been acknowledged, and we have another newer hotter story.

Poor Jake Tapper, his book has not even dropped yet! (It drops May 20, 2025.) And it’s already soggy like yesterday’s taco.

Maybe that’s why it’s called the swamp, because one horrible story (the media cover-up of Biden’s mental failures) is swamped by another horrible story (Biden has advanced terminal cancer). Now everybody is focused on the cancer and it has become very bad form to criticize Biden, because after all, cancer first makes you a saint before it kills you.

Truly, cancer is a terrible disease and I would never wish cancer or any terrible disease (dementia, either, not even head lice) on anyone. While James Comey arranges seashells to spell out a death threat to the sitting President, most of us conservatives are not celebrating Biden’s bad pronosis. But let’s get real.

Cancer does not make you a good person.

Biden’s cancer does not wipe away the terrible disasters he caused to this country. He opened the border, made it illegal to DNA test unaccompanied minors coming across the border (so any adult can claim them), the thousands of unaccompanied minors who “disappeared” into America, rising crime rates, lawfare against a political appointment, fentanyl deaths, inflation spikes, and how he promised us a “green new deal” that delivered nothing, all while taking money from Ukraine, Romania, and China. Oh, and don’t forget the lives lost in Afghanistan. Also, let’s remember little Navy Joan, Biden’s seventh granddaughter whom he has yet to publicly acknowledge. He does publicly shame her at every Biden family Christmas by deliberately excluding her. And remember how Hunter Biden refused to acknowledge paternity or pay child support until Lunden Roberts, the girl’s mother, won in court. Good thing courts still allow DNA evidence. The effort right now is to clean up Biden’s tattered legacy by making him seem sympathetic and, in a way, untouchable. Biden is terminally ill, nobody can criticize him ever again.

But here’s the deal. Remember Dennis Rader? He’s been nicknamed by the press the BTK Killer; he’s been convicted of murder. They say he murdered eight women and two men that we know of, but he may have murdered even more than that. He’s still in prison. If Dennis Rader got cancer, he’d still be a serial killer. Cancer exposes your mortality and vulnerability. It does not wash away your sins.
